
Three Hillcats Named NAIA Basketball All-American
CLAREMORE, Okla. –
Three Rogers State basketball players, two women and one men’s player, were
named to the 2012-13 NAIA Division I Basketball All-American’s list announced
Wednesday.

Westmont Ends Hillcat Season in Second Round
FRANKFORT, Ky. –
No. 15 Rogers State couldn’t overcome a slow start to the game offensively as
No. 4-ranked Westmont College (Calif.) ended the Hillcats season in the second
round of the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball National Championship at the
Frankfort Convention Center.

Hillcats face Westmont in NAIA Second Round
CLAREMORE, Okla. - No. 15 Rogers
State (24-9) bested Our Lady of the Lake University Thursday morning 79-69 to
advance to the second round. RSU’s second round opponent is No. 4-ranked and
the first seeded Westmont (Calif.) Warriors (26-4) who advanced past No. 8-seed
University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) in the first round 63-58 to face RSU. The
Hillcats put together its best Sooner Athletic Conference record in program
history during the 2012-13 season, finishing with a 12-4 conference record and
a third place finish in the standings.

Hillcats Headed to Second Round with Send-off of Saints
FRANKFORT, Ky. –
No. 15-ranked Rogers State sent No. 20 Our Lady of the Lake home with a 79-69
Hillcat victory at the Frankfort Convention Center Thursday morning in the
opening round of the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball National Championship.
