CLAREMORE, Okla.- Junior Henrique Sousa and senior Des Fitzgerald scored a combined five goals while senior Carlos Zuta added the final goal, propelling the Hillcats past St. Gregory's Tuesday night at Soldier Field.

Sousa scored his first of three goals in the 10th minute of play to give the Hillcats a 1-0 advantage.

Less than four minutes later Fitzgerald struck, blasting the ball past SGU goalkeeper Josue Moriera.

Sousa added back to back goals in the 43rd and 44th minute, giving RSU a four-goal lead at the half.

Victor Brown slotted the ball through the defense to Fitzgerald who added his team-leading six goal of the season in the 48th minute.

Zuta tallied the final goal of the night, converting a pentalty kick in the 88th minute.

RSU ended the night with 31 shots, 17 on goal, while the Cavaliers posted 10 shots with three on goal.

The Hillcat defense recorded their seventh shutout of the year. Sean Surridge and Nikola Samac split time in the net, earning the win.

RSU (10-2-1, 4-1 SAC) returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 16, to host John Brown at 7 p.m.
