POTTSBORO, Texas – The Rogers State women's golf team ended the Texoma Chevy Dealers Intercollegiate in third place after a day two score of 330 with all five Hillcats within five shots of each other in the final round Tuesday at the Tanglewood Resort.

Whitney Hocutt finished five shots behind her first round score carding an 84 Tuesday leading the Hillcats with an 11th-place finish at 163.

Raquel Trevino posted the best round of the day for RSU firing an 80 to end the event in 14th with a 166 while Kina Boone dropped five strokes on day two shooting 82 for a 169 placing 21st.

Kelsey Stuever (84) and Chelsea Burney (85) both lowered their scores by three shots moving to the final round earning 24th and 33rd-place finishes, respectively, rounding out the team scores for the Hillcats.

Cameron picked up the title in the 13-team event finishing 20 strokes ahead of second-place UA Fort Smith with a two-day total of 643. The Aggies' Katlyn Johnston claimed medalist honors finishing with a 155 and a two-shot victory.
