KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Rogers State men's golf wrapped up competition on the final day of the MIAA Championships on Wednesday.

After three rounds at the par 71, 7,011 yard Shoal Creek Golf Club, the Hillcats finished in fourth place after turning in a card of 901 (+49).

The trio of
Thomas Barnes Grimes,
Elliot-Han Monteremal and
Ty Nicar all led the Hillcats in a group of six tied at 14th after the three shot 226 (+13) for the tournament. Barnes Grimes and Monteremal both were named All-MIAA for their performances.
Daniel Robles Delval finished in a four-way tie for 20th with a card of 229 (+16).
Tyler Collier rounded out the squad in a group of six tied at 24th with a 230 (+17).

The Hillcats will now wait to hear their name called for the NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Region Championship on Friday, April 26. They sat at No. 5 in the Central Region as of the most recent regional rankings last week.
