MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – Rogers State men's golf wrapped up competition on the final day of The Showdown at Shangri-La on Tuesday.

After three rounds at the par 71, 6,926 yard Shangri-La Resort, the Hillcats finished in third with a card of 861 (+9). The second team finished in 15th with a card of 920 (+68).

Thomas Barnes Grimes led the Hillcats in a three-way tie for seventh after shooting 213 (E) for the tournament.
Elliot-Han Monteremal finished one stroke behind in a tie for 10th with a card of 214 (+1).
Daniel Robles Delval finished in a three-way tie for 21st with a 219 (+6). Both
Ty Nicar and
Tyler Collier rounded out the squad in a group of seven tied at 28th with cards of 221 (+8).

Kaden Armstrong led the second team in a five-way tie for 53rd after shooting 226 (+13).
Pedro Benjumea finished in a five-way tie for 60th with a 228 (+15).
Julian Alanis finished in a four-way tie for 69th with a 230 (+17).
Maddox Bullen finished in a tie for 80th with a 238 (+25).
Jack Roche rounded out the group in a tie for 85th with a 241 (+28).

Traden Karch finished in 90th with a 247 (+34).

With the regular season now complete, the Hillcats will now turn their attention to the MIAA Championships on April 15-17 in Kansas City, Mo. at the Shoal Creek Golf Course.
