Previous: Came to the Hill after a two-year career as a sprinter at Dodge City Community College. As a sophomore, the McRae, Georgia native finished 19th in the 60 meters with a time of 6.82 seconds at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships...In the outdoor season, he placed 21st at the NJCAA National Championships finishing in a time of 10.62 in the 100 meters...Advanced to the NJCAA National Championships as a freshman finishing in 10.64 seconds in the 100 meters.
 
Prep: Prepped at Telfair County High School and he placed third at the state meet in the 400 meters in a time of 49.95 seconds...Was part of a 4x400 relay team that finished in fourth at the state championships...In regionals, Bell placed first in the 400, 800 and 4x400 relay and second in the triple jump.
 
Personal: Son of Marcie Bell...Chose RSU because "RSU felt like home during the visit, and I was excited to become part of a new program."
