Interviews, Credentials, and Style Guidelines

Interviews
All interviews should be setup through the athletic communications office. RSU head coaches are available throughout the week, mainly in the morning. Student-athletes are also available for interviews, typically right before or after practice. Most Hillcat teams practice between 3:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m. during the week.

Credentials
Requests for credentials to athletic events should be made at least 48 hours in advance of the event and directed to the athletic communications office. Spouses, dates, children, and non-working media will not be given a pass or assigned a seat on press row. RSU does not provide parking passes to the media.

Style Guidelines
In athletic media communications and publications DO NOT use the term Lady Hillcats or Lady Cats. Hillcats and Cats are acceptable.

Refer to the institution as Rogers State on first mention in news releases or other communications about sporting events. The words university or college are understood in such releases.
