Ryan Brittle joined the RSU baseball staff in 2007 after spending nine years as an assistant at the Division I level. Brittle worked for seven years as the top assistant and recruiting coordinator at Radford University before joining the Hillcats. He led the Highlanders to five conference tournament appearances and a fourth place finish in the Big South Conference. Prior to working at Radford, Brittle served a two year stint at Virginia Tech where he helped the Hokies claim back-to-back Atlantic 10 Conference championships. Brittle also played for the Hokies and graduated from VT with a B.S. in forestry. He earned a Masters of Sport Administration from East Central in 2011. His primary duties at RSU include working with infielders and hitting instruction. Brittle also serves as the third base coach for the Hillcats.
