Trevor Williams

Trevor Williams is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Rogers State men’s and women’s golf programs.

The 2016 RSU graduate returned to College Hill after serving as a golf instructor at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas, Texas where he managed and conducted junior golf camps. At Brookhaven he also assisted in managing golf tournaments and providing private lessons under the leadership of Kelli McKandless and Joey Anders.

Williams was a member of the Hillcat men’s golf team from 2011-2016 playing for Lynn Blevins and Josh Fosdick. The Mansfield, Texas native battled injuries throughout his five year career but carded his personal best as a redshirt freshman with a one-over par 73 in the opening round of the 2012 Northwood Fall Shootout.

He worked at Tangle Ridge Golf Course in Grand Prairie, Texas as a Golf Shop Assistant managing budgets, inventory orders, tee times, and outside staff during summers of 2015 and 2016. Williams was also a member of the Jim Mclean Academy during his collegiate career.

Away from the golf course, Williams has worked with “Our Calling” an outreach organization that works with the homeless community in Dallas, Texas and also has participated in College Golf Fellowship events.
