About: Roberts is back on the Hill for his second season after competing in all 23 rounds and nine tournaments for RSU as a freshman in 2013-14. The Edmond, Okla., native finished his first year of collegiate golf with a 77.1 scoring average posting one top-10 finish placing eighth at the UAM Fall Classic. He turned in the Hillcats' fifth-lowest round of the season and his personal best in round one of the season opener carding a 1-under-par 71 at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational. Roberts came to RSU after a decorated senior season at Edmond Memorial High School. Under Head Coach Scott McDonald, he helped the Bulldogs finish in the top 15 at regionals and a fourth-place finish at the state tournament. As a senior, he was selected to the all-state golf team. The son of John and Joan Roberts, he said he chose RSU because of "the playing time, good facilities, and a good fit for me."
