As an assistant coach, Conley works closely with the infielders, while helping with the team's offense and approach to hitting. She also will assist in the program's recruiting and fundraising efforts and aid in the community engagement initiative for the team.

Conley completed a two-year stint with the Hillcats in 2015 starting 97 games for the navy and red. She landed a spot on the Heartland Conference All-Conference Second Team as a senior after being one of the most dangerous hitters in the league posting a team-best .386 batting average, which ranked eighth in the league, and averaged 1.24 hits per game. Conley also led the Cats with 17 multi-hit performances in 2015 and had a career-best, seven-game hit streak from March 7-14, during which time she was honored as the Heartland Conference Hitter of the Week.

She showcased her defensive versatility in the infield earning starts at second base, short stop, and third base and recorded a .963 fielding percentage during the 2015 season.

A native of Paris, Texas, Conley earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Rogers State in 2015. She was named the Distinguished Graduate of the Sport Management program graduating cum laude and earned a Master of Education in Sports Administration from East Central in 2016.
