Biography

About: Wright started 50 games at third base in his first season with the Hillcats last spring. He hit .318 with 41 RBI and tied for the team lead with 12 doubles. He committed just two errors on the season, earning him all-conference and all-region gold glove honors. Wright suffered multiple injuries during his sophomore campaign at Coffeyville Community College but still managed to post a .280 batting average for the Ravens in 2007. He hit .340 as a freshman and helped CCC reach the regional tournament for the first time in school history.
