Rogers State University Athletics

Trey Robertson was named Rogers State University’s Head Athletic Trainer in 2012 after spending seven years working at Advanced Orthopedics of Oklahoma (formerly Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedics Center) providing clinical outreach to area high schools as well as providing rehabilitative care to surgical and non-surgical patients. In 2022, he was named Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and currently oversees the health and safety protocols for the student-athlete population.

Robertson earned his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Tulsa and his master’s degree in Education from East Central University with an emphasis in sports administration. His current sport responsibilities are Men’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Golf, and Softball. He also serves as the student-athlete insurance coordinator for the Hillcats.

Robertson is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Mid-America Athletic Trainers’ Association, Oklahoma Athletic Trainers’ Association, and College Athletic Trainers’ Society.
