Lydia Sitorus put together three outstanding rounds to capture the individual title with a total card of 214 (-2) and individual rounds of 72 (E), 71 (-1) and 71 (-1). She is the first Hillcat to win a regional championship since Jessica Green won in 2021. The junior from Bitung, Indonesia managed to sink eight birdies and an eagle over the three rounds and finished five strokes ahead of second place. 

Sitorus was also named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association All-Central Region team.

Sitorus finished in a four-way tie for 59th with a total card of 225 (+9) at DII Nationals in Florida.
