BETHEL, Kan. - Rogers State trailed 1-0 at the half and couldn't mount a comeback on the road as the Hillcats lost 3-1 to Bethel College (Bethel, Kan.) on Saturday.

Nearly a month passed between the first and second losses of the season for RSU. However, just two days after falling to fourth-ranked Southern Nazarene the Cats dropped their third match of the year.

Emanuel Batu led the Threshers offensive attack with two goals in the match. Freshman Carlos Zuta scored the only goal for the Hillcats.

RSU fell to 7-3-2 with the loss and will travel to University of the Ozarks (Clarksville, Ark.) on Tuesday for another non-conference match. The Hillcats return home on Thursday for a rescheduled conference match against Oklahoma Baptist at Soldier Field. That match is slated for 3 p.m..
