Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

Hillcats Romp Lady Rangers, 3-0

CLAREMORE, Okla. - The Rogers State women's soccer team closed out the regular season on a positive note with a 3-0 victory Tuesday over Northwestern Oklahoma State at Soldier Field in Claremore.
 

Lauren Hager and Shereen Clarke each posted goals in the first half while Tiffany Roberts netted the final goal of the season on the Soldier Field turf in the second half.
 

RSU dominated the pace and ball possession throughout, outshooting the Rangers, 27-6 and posting 13 shots on goal. Hillcat keepers Bailey Lynn and Jessica McCutcheon combined for the shutout. Lynn recorded all three saves in the first half. Dana Gandolfo tallied nine saves for Northwestern.
 

Rogers State (12-6, 5-5) completed the regular season with a sixth place finish in the Sooner Athletic Conference. The Hillcats qualified for the conference tournament for the third consecutive year and will await seeding for a first round match to be played Saturday.
