PLAINVIEW, Texas - The Rogers State women's soccer team slipped past Wayland Baptist on Friday afternoon 1-0 at Pioneer Field.
Junior midfielder Morghan Saliba scored the lone goal of the contest in the 76th minute to propel the Hillcats past the Pioneers. The goal was the Broken Arrow, Okla. native's second of the year.
The Hillcats put six shot on frame. Freshman goalkeeper Chelsea McMullin got the shutout win, making four saves.
The Hillcats (6-2, 2-0 SAC) will continue their road stint on Tues., Oct. 5th at Oklahoma City University with kickoff at 5 p.m.
