CLAREMORE, Okla. – The Rogers State baseball and softball teams moved up their weekend Heartland Conference games with Lubbock Christian to Thursday and Friday (April 19-20) due to the forecast of inclement weather during the rest of the weekend.
The softball team starts the weekend with a doubleheader on Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Diamond Sports Complex against the Lady Chaps. At the conclusion of game one, RSU softball's two seniors –
Alex Brake and
Katy Taylor -- will be recognized. Game two is scheduled for 5 p.m. The three-game series concludes on Friday with one contest at 12 p.m.
RSU baseball begins its four-game set with LCU on Thursday with a twinbill at 1 p.m. at the Diamond Sports Complex. Game two of the doubleheader on Thursday is set for 3:30 p.m. The four-game series ends on Friday with another doubleheader at 1 p.m. with game two scheduled for 3:30 p.m. The 11 seniors from the RSU baseball team will be recognized during Friday's doubleheader.
