CLAREMORE, Okla. - The Rogers State Women's basketball team fell to Nebraska-Kearney 79-47 on Thursday night.
 
The Hillcats jumped out into the lead early in first quarter the game, but the Lopers would quickly take back the lead late in the first quarter, but the Hillcats would only be down 19-13 after the first quarter.
 
In the second quarter the Lopers would go on a 14-0 run to extend their lead, heading into the break with a 42-22 advantage.
 
The Lopers would continue to extend their lead, as the Hillcats would only score seven points in the third quarter.
 
Senior 
Darian Jackson would lead the Hillcats in points and rebounds for the Hillcats as she would finish with a double-double for the game with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
 
Junior 
Lilly Garner would be second in points for the Hillcats finishing with nine points. Garner would also have three assists, three steals, two rebounds and a block.
 
The Hillcats will be back in action against Fort Hays State on Saturday, January 11. The game is set to tip off at 2 p.m. at the Claremore Expo Center.
