LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Rogers State softball stayed at No. 5 in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association Top 25 Poll, the organization announced on Tuesday.
 
Last week, the Hillcats (20-2) opened MIAA play with a 2-0 sweep of Northeastern State.
 
RSU is the top team from the MIAA ahead of No. 8 Central Oklahoma. They also are highest ranked team from the Central Region ahead of No. 10 Augustana, No. 21 Minnesota State and Harding, who was receiving votes.
 
RSU returns to action on Tuesday, March 22 as they travel to Weatherford, Okla. for a mid-week, non-conference matchup against Southwestern Oklahoma State. First pitch is set for 2 p.m.
