CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State dance will head to Orlando, Fla. to compete at the Universal Dance Association (UDA) Nationals Competition, regarded as the most prestigious college dance championship in the country, at the Walt Disney Resort.
 
"I would personally like to thank my girls for all of their time, commitment and passion they've poured into this process," said Head Coach Amy Alt. "Your dedication, hard work and love for our program and our team has been a blessing to coach and I look forward to watching you all take the stage representing who we are as Rogers State Hillcats! Huge thanks and shoutout to my mom for her endless support to us, and lastly our amazing choreographer, Jackie Koegel. Thank you for all you do. Go Hillcats!"
 
The Hillcats will compete in the Open Hip-Hop division hoping to improve on their third-place finish in the same division last year, which was their highest finish in the program's history.
