AZUSA, Calif. – Rogers State men's and women's track and field wrapped up competition on the final day of Bryan Clay Invitational on Saturday.

The highlight of the day came in the women's 5,000 meter Open C segment when
Brianna DeAngelis-Stinnett finished in third place with a new school record time of 17:11.60, smashing the previous record of 17:28.91 set by
Tori Wood last season.
Cadence Cordova finished in 24th with a new personal best time of 17:35.59, besting her previous time by a whopping 25.06 seconds.
Rayna Kucharyski finished in 33rd with a new personal best time of 17:41.99, besting her previous time by an impressive 12.91 seconds.
Jillian Skalicky finished in 41st with a new personal best time of 17:52.12, improving by 17.11 seconds.
Ashley Riggenbach finished in 44th with a new personal best time of 17:53.44, improving by 4.97 seconds.

In the men's 1,500 meter,
Blake Feron finished in 18th with a new personal best time of 3:56.46, improving his best by 5.28 seconds and taking the fastest time on the team so far this season.
Jackson Stinnett finished in 92nd with a new season best time of 4:00.75.

In the women's 1,500 meter Open B segment,
Cadence Cordova finished in 88th with a time of 4:41.21.
Katie Byrd finished in 120th with a time of 4:46.86.

In the women's 1,500 meter Open C segment, Skalicky finished in 89th with a time of 4:45.90, just missing her personal best by 0.68 seconds. Riggenbach finished in 99th with a new personal best time of 4:46.20, surpassing her previous best by 3.21 seconds. DeAngelis-Stinnett finished in 101st with a time of 4:46.35.
Gloria Butts finished in 112nd with a new personal best time of 4:47.38, improving her time by 4.28 seconds. Kucharyski finished in 121st with a time of 4:48.03, missing her personal best by 1.01 seconds.
Tori Wood finished in 172nd with a time of 4:56.62.

In the men's 4x400 meter relay, the team of
Solomon Higgins,
Jon Biersdorfer,
Carlos Vallejo,
Ian Conder and Stinnett combined to finish in 15th with a time of 3:20.74.

The Hillcats will close out the regular season on Saturday, April 20 as they travel to Shawnee, Okla. to compete in the Ford Mastin Twilight, hosted by Oklahoma Baptist.
