BOLIVAR, Mo. – Rogers State women's golf wrapped up the first day of competition at the MIAA Championships on Monday.

After 18 holes at the par 72, 5,864 yard Silo Ridge Golf Club, the Hillcats sit in second place with a card of 307 (+19), just four strokes behind the leaders.

Lydia Sitorus leads RSU in third place after shooting a 75 (+3) on the day.
Marelda Ayal and
Kristin Gudmundsdottir both sit in a group of six tied at sixth with cards of 77 (+5).
Jessica Osden sits right behind in a group of eight tied at 12th with a 78 (+6).
Lauren Anderson rounds out the squad in a five-way tie for 29th with an 81 (+9).

The Hillcats will look to close the gap on first place in the second round tomorrow. The first group is set to tee off at 10:50 a.m.
