KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) released its academic awards for the 2025-26 men's and women's indoor track and field season on Monday.
A total of 30 Hillcats were named to the MIAA's academic honor roll, including 16 from the women's team and 14 from the men's team.
The men's honorees include
Ian Conder,
Isaac Conder,
Lee Davis,
Kellen Epps,
Blake Feron,
Nathaneal Gibson,
Nathan Hernandez,
Solomon Higgins,
Aidan Jimenez,
Phillip Owens,
Cade McCall,
Jack Morgan,
Clint Stapleton and
Colton Storm. McCall also earned distinction on the Academic Excellence list for achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The honorees among the women include
Ryann Barber,
Isabel Bush,
Kiera Blumhof,
Cadence Cordova,
Emily Cruz,
Brooklyn Garafola,
Ann-Marie Dorsey,
Kenzie Gilliam,
Britt Hunter,
Rayna Kucharyski,
Tehya Lang,
Sisely Mitchell,
Audrey McElhaney,
Kaylee Nay,
Leyla Saldana and
Sarah Swofford. Cordova, Gilliam and Mitchell, all members of the All-MIAA DMR team, received MIAA Scholar Athlete honors. Nay was recognized for Academic Excellence after achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA.
To be recognized on the league's Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have a GPA of 3.00 or above at the certifying institution and must have attended for at least two terms, excluding summer sessions.
