WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Rogers State Women's Golf opened the 2026 MIAA Championship this morning at Mules National Golf Club.
After 18 holes, the Hillcats reside in fifth place with a team scorecard of 312 (+32). Nebraska-Kearney and Central Missouri lead the field with a score of 306 (+26), followed by Central Oklahoma (+28) in third and Northwest Missouri State (+29) in fourth.
Sophomore
Milena Andres was the top individual for RSU, finishing the round in fifth with a score of 75 (+5), highlighted by a birdie on hole eight.
Lauren Anderson tied for sixth after shooting 76 (+6). The junior finished even on every hole in the front nine and collected a birdie on hole 13.
Freshman
Lara Foigel finished the day tied for 30th with a score of 80 (+10). Freshman
Lou Fourdan and senior
Brianna Maddux rounded out the scoring, tying for 37th after both shot 81 (+11).
RSU will resume play in Missouri tomorrow with the second round set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
