WARRESBURG, Mo. – Sophomore
Milena Andres' big day helped propel the Hillcats to third in the team race on the second day of 2026 MIAA Championship at Mules National Golf Club.
Rogers State used a team score of 302 (+22) to jump two spots into third on Tuesday, shooting 10 shots better than the opening round. Washburn holds steady in the lead with a two-day card of 607 (+47), followed by Nebraska-Kearney (+47).
Andres sits in second place in the individual standings heading into the final round of the tournament with a score of 147 (+7), just one stroke behind Northeastern State's Jessica Parks (+6). The Villa Allende, Argentina, native carded a 72 (+2) today.
Lauren Anderson is tied for 11th after shooting a 77 (+7), bringing her total to 153 (+13). Freshman
Lou Fourdan made a significant leap to a tie for 22nd with a 76 (+6), totaling 157 (+17) for the tournament. Senior
Brianna Maddux (+18) is one stroke behind her in a tie for 24th. Additionally, junior
Rylan Ashley, playing as a substitute today, finished with an 86 (+16).
The Hillcats will conclude play in the conference tournament tomorrow, with the final round beginning at 9:20 a.m.
