GREENSBORO, N.C. – Hillcat Baseball was ranked No. 18 with 130 points in the Week 13 ABCA Poll, as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
 
Last week, Rogers State (38-13, 26-10 MIAA) opened postseason play as the No. 2 seed at the 2026 MIAA Baseball Championship in Edmond, Oklahoma. In an early slugfest that featured home runs from Andrew Ramirez and Blake Conrad, the Hillcats faded late in the 9-5 quarterfinal loss to No. 7 seed Missouri Western.
 
RSU aims to bounce back this week as they are set to host the NCAA Division II Central Regional at the RCB Bank Sports Complex for the first time in program history. The No. 2 seed Hillcats will open tournament play against No. 7 seed Missouri Southern on Thursday at 2 p.m. Other teams competing in the regional include No. 3 seed Central Missouri and No. 6 seed Minnesota.

Colorado Mesa tops this week's poll with 300 points, followed closely by Tampa with 290 points. Minnesota State is ranked 19th, while Central Missouri is tied for 30th in the latest rankings.
