CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State men's golf coach
Steve Brown, who enters his 10
th season as head coach, has announced the current 2026-27 schedule.
The Hillcats will add an additional tournament in spring. For updates, stay tuned at

FALL SEASON
The fall season kicks off on Sept. 8-9 in Warrensburg, Missouri, at
The Mule.
RSU will then make a short trip to Muskogee for the
NSU Classic on Sept. 21-22. Last year,
Kobsak Phisitbuntoon shined at the tournament, tying for fifth place and finishing eight under par over the 54-hole event, which ranks as the fifth-best performance in school history.
The following week, the Hillcats will head to St. Joseph, Missouri, for the
MWSU Holiday Inn Express Invitational. This marks their first appearance in St. Joseph since 2024, where Elliot-Han Monteremal led RSU with a tie for fifth place after shooting 207 (+6) for the tournament.
On Oct. 12-13, the Hillcats will travel to Andover, Kansas, for the
Newman Fall Invitational. RSU finished fifth last year at this event, with
Aiden Deng and Phisitbuntoon leading the team in a tie for 12th.
The fall season will conclude with the
Tulsa Cup on Oct. 26-27 at Indian Springs Country Club in Broken Arrow. Last season, RSU's team finished 10th, while the second team tied for 12th.
Miguel Mora, representing the Hillcats on the second team, achieved a career-best finish of eighth (tie) with a three-round score of 213 (-3).
SPRING SEASON
The Hillcats will travel to the East Coast to participate in the
Spring Bulldog Clash on Feb. 22-23 at Caledonia Golf and Fish Club in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Last season,
Dylan Ros made history at the tournament by recording the program's first hole-in-one during tournament play in the second round.
On March 7-9, Rogers State University will host the
12th Annual Hillcat Classic at Bailey Ranch Golf Club in Owasso. The team will look to improve on its third-place finish from last spring.
The regular season will conclude April 5-6 at the
MIAA Designated Tournament, hosted by the University of Central Oklahoma, at The Territory Golf and Country Club in Duncan.
Postseason play will begin April 19-21 at Jefferson City Country Club in Jefferson City, Missouri, for the
MIAA Championships.
The
NCAA Central/Midwest Region Championships are scheduled for May 6-8 at The Meadows at Grand Valley State in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This will be followed by the
NCAA National Championships May 18-21 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
