"We are thrilled to welcome Alex to Rogers State as our Assistant AD for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator," said Dr. Ratcliff. "We feel fortunate to add someone with Alex's knowledge, experience, and potential. She was mentored by a longtime, highly respected compliance leader at her previous institution, giving her a strong foundation in NCAA rules and student-athlete support. Alex made a positive impression on our staff when she served as an NCAA site representative during the NCAA Regional Softball Tournament we hosted a few years ago. We are excited to have her join the Hillcat family."
