Biography

About: Carroll returns to RSU for his senior season after taking a redshirt during the 2013 campaign where he also earned a spot on the 2013-14 Heartland Conference President's Honor Roll and the 2014 RSU Honor Roll. The Johannesburg, South Africa native totaled two goals in 17 starts as a junior in 2012. Carroll came to the Hill after two seasons at Northern Oklahoma College – Tonkawa where he played under Head Coach Michael DuRoy. As a sophomore in 2011, he was named to the all-region team. Off the pitch, Carroll was named to the Dean's Honor Roll in both years he spent at NOC. The son of Bobby Carroll and Frances Wood, he said he chose RSU because of "the great opportunities and inviting soccer program."
