Biography

About: Carter comes to RSU from the prep ranks where he had a standout career at Choctaw High School under the guidance of Head Coach Scott Olgesby. The Choctaw, Oklahoma native set school records for the Jackets with the most goals in a season (30) and the most goals scored in a single half (six) as a senior, while adding 10 assists in 2015. He played club soccer for Norman Celtic and Head Coach Ryan Trugian helping the team to a state cup title in 2012. Carter also was a member of the National Honor Society at CHS. The son of Scott and Amber Carter, he said he chose RSU "for soccer and I liked the campus."
