About: Moore returns to the RSU backcourt for his senior season after appearing in all 28 games a year ago making 21 starts. In his first season on the Hill, the Chicago Heights, Illinois native ranked fourth on the team's scoring list averaging 9.9 points per game and dished out a team-leading 77 assists in 2014-15. He scored a season-high 20 points at home against St. Mary's and finished the season shooting 85.3 percent from the free throw line. Moore joined the Hillcats following one season at NCAA Division I Eastern Illinois for Head Coach Jay Spoonhour where he averaged 3.2 points, 1.0 assists, and 0.4 rebounds per game in 12 appearances for the Panthers. He spent his freshman season at Blinn College under Head Coach Scott Schumacher making 25 appearances totaling 10.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per contest. Moore was selected to the All-Region XIV and all-conference teams for the Buccaneers. He played for Head Coach Jasper Williams at Bloom High School where he averaged 18.5 points as a senior helping the Trojans to a fourth-place finish at the state tournament and a 28-5 record. Moore earned all-state, all-area, and all-conference accolades during both his junior and senior seasons while being named Southtown Player of theYear as well as NWI Player of the Year during his senior season. The son of Donald Moore and Andrea Moore, he said he chose RSU because "it was the best fit for me. They have a great town, coaches, and awesome teammates."
