Biography

About: Trevino returns for his senior season on the Hill after earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors in track, running the half-marathon in 1:17:06 as a junior. He posted a personal best of 27:26 in the 8k Bison Invitational in 2012 as a junior. Trevino joined the Hillcats at semester break in 2011-12 from Cameron University. In the spring semester at RSU he achieved a 3.8 GPA and was named to the Dean’s List. Trevino was a team captain at Cameron where he ran personal bests of 16:30 in the 5k, a 10k time of 34:44 and timed out at 27:57 in the 8k. He enjoys playing the guitar, video games and drawing in his spare time. Trevino said he chose RSU because “I really enjoyed the team.”
