Josh Jackson

Josh Jackson begins his first season as assistant women’s basketball coach at Rogers State.

Jackson joins the Hillcats from Eastern Illinois where he worked the previous four years as a video coordinator and manager for the women’s basketball program. Working for current Ball State head coach Brady Sallee, Jackson was responsible for game and practice film, scouting reports, and recruiting evaluation. He also assisted coaches with post-game film conversion and post-game meals.

In his four years at EIU, the Panthers went 85-38 including an Ohio Valley Conference regular season championship in 2010 and ranked as high as No. 14 in the Mid-Major Poll during the 2011-12 season. In 2010 and 2012 the Panthers appeared in the WNIT and following the 2011season made a WBI Tournament appearance.

A 2012 graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Business Administration degree, Jackson replaces Tandem Mays who left to accept a graduate assistant position with the University of South Dakota in July.
