Biography

About: Baker was a first team all-district selection as a senior at Dallas Skyline High School. She helped the Raiders to a district championship by averaging nine points and two assists per game. Baker said she chose RSU because “I felt really comfortable with the basketball team and the coaching staff really stressed the point of academics.”
 
Williams on Baker: Effo is a great athlete and strong guard. She is very solid and steady with the basketball and I have a lot of confidence in her ability to handle the ball and make good decisions. She is going to be a great four-year player in our program.
