Biography

About: Froese was a major contributor to a Claremore Lady Zebras squad that reached the state championship game twice in a three-year span, claiming the 5A crown in 2004-05. As a senior Froese was chosen the Metro Lakes Conference Defensive Player of the Year and named to the all-tournament team at the Union Invitational. She averaged four points and nine rebounds as a senior for the Lady Zebras and says she chose RSU “for the opportunity to play at home and start a new program.”
 
Williams on Froese: “Lauren is coming to Rogers State with a winner’s mindset and the knowledge of the commitment it takes to be successful.  She is a very long defender and has earned the nickname of “Lengthy”.
