Biography

About: Turner comes to the Hill for the 2016 season after two years at Dodge City Community College for Head Coach Cole Ballard. As a sprinter, the Spring, Texas native ran a personal best of 12.62 seconds in the 100 meters and 26.35 seconds in the 200 meters. In the indoor season, she finished the 60 meters in 8.01 seconds for the Conquistadors. Turner prepped at Klein High School where she was part of a district champion 4x100 relay team for the Bearkats that ran a time of 47.50 seconds. The daughter of Darrell and Meatra Turner, she said she chose RSU because "I loved the campus and got a scholarship to run track."
