Chloe Bohuslavicky joined the coaching staff at Rogers State as a part-time assistant while pursuing her master's degree in business administration: sports management in the summer of 2025.

The native of Piedmont, Oklahoma, played one season for the Hillcats in 2025. She earned All-MIAA Second Team as a designated player with a .305 batting average, 43 hits, 16 runs and 11 walks in 42 starts. Nineteen of her hits went for extra bases, tallying 11 home runs and eight doubles. 

Before her time at RSU, Bohuslavicky had a standout career at Northeastern State, receiving three All-MIAA selections, including first-team honors in 2023. She was also recognized as an All-Central Region Second Team Designated Player in 2023. 
 
Bohuslavicky played and started in 148 games for the RiverHawks, posting a batting average of .302 with 142 hits, 22 doubles, 39 home runs and 126 RBI. In 2023, she hit a program-best 18 home runs, which led the entire MIAA.

In high school, Bohuslavicky was named The Oklahoman's Big All-City Player of the Year and received the Miss Softball Oklahoma award from Vype Magazine. She earned a place on the Large School West All-State team and was honored as the District 5A-2 Player of the Year. Bohuslavicky was instrumental in leading her team to the 2019 5A Oklahoma State Championship and helped her squad reach the state semifinals in 2017. She also played for the Oklahoma Athletics Gold.
