Hillcat Women Clip Cavaliers, 2-0

CLAREMORE, Okla. - Rogers State picked up its fifth straight victory with a 2-0 decision over St. Gregory's at Soldier Field in Claremore, Okla., Tuesday evening.
 

Jessica May and Carey Cloud produced the only tallies in the match for the Hillcats. May scored her second goal of the season on an assist from Tiffany Roberts in the 34th minute. Cloud gave the Cats a two-goal cushion with a strike at the 55:45 mark of the second half. Angel Kemmerer aided Cloud's goal by dishing out her first assist of the year.
 

The Hillcats dominated ball control throughout the match. RSU outshot the Lady Cavs 22 to 1 and didn't allow a shot on goal.
 

Rogers State (7-1, 2-0) notched its second Sooner Athletic Conference win to remain unblemished and tied atop the conference standings. The Hillcats will host Wayland Baptist in another conference match Thursday night at Soldier Field. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
