CLAREMORE, Okla. – Defending NCAA Division II National Champion Rogers State softball has added Bobbi Leitha for the 2022-23 season, Head Coach Andrea Vaughan announced on Friday.

A native of Center Point, Texas, Leitha arrives on the Hill after three successful seasons as an outfielder at Seminole State College. In her time with the Trojans, she played in 114 games and slugged her way to a .432 average in 310 at-bats with seven home runs as well as 58 RBI. Last season, Leitha helped lead SSC to a 2022 NJCAA South Central District Championship and a berth in the NJCAA National Championship Tournament where they went 2-2 as the No. 4-seed. They finished the season with a record of 46-4.

For her performance, Leitha was named to the NJCAA Division I All-Region II team. She also helped the Trojans to a No. 4 ranking in the NJCAA Division I Softball Poll during the season.
