SANDESTIN, Fla. – Rogers State women's golf closed out the first round at the Golfweek D2 Fall Invitational on Sunday.
 
After 18 holes at the par 71, 5,802 yard Raven Golf Club, the Hillcats sit in sixth place after turning in a card of 308 (+24).
 
Lydia Sitorus leads RSU in a group of six tied at sixth after shooting a 74 (+3) and sits five strokes behind the leader. Marelda Ayal is in a five-way tie for 17th with a card of 76 (+5). Lauren Anderson sits in a four-way tie for 25th with a 78 (+7). Kristin Gudmundsdottir and Brianna Maddux round out the group in a five-way tie for 33rd with cards of 80 (+9).
 
The Hillcats will open round two tomorrow with the first group set to tee off at 9 a.m.
