MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Rogers State women's golf wrapped up the Fall portion of the schedule with the final round of the Music City Invitational on Tuesday.
 
After 36 holes at the par 72, 5,972 yard Old Fort Golf Club, the Hillcats finished in third place with a card of 615 (+39), just nine strokes behind tournament champion Lincoln Memorial.
 
Marelda Ayal and Jessica Osden led RSU in a tie for sixth after both shot 151 (+7) for the tournament. Lydia Sitorus finished one stroke behind in eighth place with a card of 152 (+8). Kristin Gudmunsdottir finished in a four-way tie for 33rd with a 161 (+17). Brianna Maddux rounded out the scoring with a five-way tie for 40th after shooting 163 (+19).
 
The Hillcats will be back in action with the first tournament of the Spring on Monday, Feb. 19 as they travel to Cypress, Texas to compete in the Southern Invite at the Cypresswood Golf Club.
