CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State women's basketball (8-9, 3-8 MIAA) fell 65-37 to No. 17 Central Missouri (14-3, 8-3 MIAA) on Saturday.

Kamryn Estell led the Hillcats with eight points as well as five rebounds and an assist.
Alayzha Knapp finished with seven points, seven rebounds, two blocks, an assist and a steal.
Amaya Gallegos added six points with two rebounds.

The Jennies were in control of the game from the tip as they opened on a 9-0 run in the first four minutes and outscored RSU 13-5 in the first quarter. They continued to build out their lead in the second quarter as they pushed out to largest margin of the half at 30-14 with 1:34 left in the period. They eventually took a 32-18 lead into the break.

UCM maintained control in the second half as they outscored the Hillcats 16-8 in the third quarter. They went on to outpace RSU 17-11 in the final 10 minutes en route to a 65-37 win.

RSU will look to regroup as they travel to Pittsburg, Kan. on Wednesday, Jan. 24 to face off against Pittsburg State. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m.
