CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Rogers State women's golf ranked No. 22 in the latest Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Coaches Poll, the organization announced on Friday.
The Hillcats are the second highest ranked MIAA team in the poll, behind Central Missouri (No. 15) and ahead of Nebraska-Kearney and Arkansas Fort Smith, who received votes. They are also the third highest ranked team in the Central Region, behind UCM and Henderson State (No. 19). They are ahead of Augustana, Southwestern Oklahoma State, Harding, Sioux Falls, Minnesota State, Oklahoma Baptist and UAFS, who all received votes.
The Hillcats will be back in action on Monday, Oct. 7 as they travel to Edmond, Okla. to compete in the Central Regional Preview at Kickingbird Golf Club, hosted by Central Oklahoma.
