KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Rogers State women's basketball's Alayzha Knapp earned All-MIAA honors for her performance this season, the league announced on Tuesday.
 
The Tulsa, Okla native was named to the All-MIAA Honorable Mention team. The senior was a force on the floor for the Hillcats this season scoring 486 points with 167 rebounds, 45 assists, 33 steals and 25 blocks. She finished the regular season ranking second in the MIAA with an average of 17.4 points per game.
 
Knapp also made her mark on the single-season school record book, breaking Katy Harsens' 2013 total points record. She also sits in second in points per game and field goals made. In the season opener against MSU Moorhead, she went off for 36 points, two points shy of the single-game school record, with seven rebounds, three assists, a block and a steal.
