CLAREMORE, Okla. – Hillcat Athletics is set for a busy week, as men's and women's soccer and women's golf are set to compete.
All Rogers State students, faculty and staff are eligible for free admission for themselves and one additional guest to all home sporting events.
LOOKING TO KEEP THINGS ROLLING UP NORTH
The No. 21 RSU women's golf team resumes competition this Monday and Tuesday at the Midwest Classic in Warrensburg, Missouri. The tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday at Mules National Golf Course, with the third round scheduled for Tuesday morning (time TBD). Representing the Hillcats are Brianna Maddux, Lara Foigel, Lauren Anderson, Lou Fourdan, Milena Andres and Rylan Ashley (individual). The team has started the season strong, recording a victory at the NSU Women's Classic and finishing third at the DBU Classic last month.

RIVERHAWKS AND TIGERS ON DECK AT SOLDIER FIELD
The No. 15 Rogers State men's soccer team (8-1-2, 4-1 GAC/MIAA) will host rival Northeastern State (6-3-2, 3-2 GAC/MIAA) on Wednesday at 7 p.m. before facing Ouachita Baptist (1-7-2, 0-5 GAC/MIAA) on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Soldier Field. The Hillcats are coming off a strong 3-1 victory against Southern Nazarene on the road. They hold a 9-4-3 all-time record against NSU, including a 1-0-1 record in their last two meetings. Additionally, they are 15-2 against OBU and claimed a 2-0 victory over the Tigers on Sept. 27.

TAKING A ROAD TRIP TO KANSAS
The Hillcat women's soccer team (1-5-4, 1-3-1 MIAA) aims to bounce back from a tough loss to No. 24 Northwest Missouri State as they face Emporia State (7-3-1, 4-0-1 MIAA) and Washburn (7-2-2, 4-0-1 MIAA) in Kansas this week. The match against the Hornets is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Friday at the ESU Soccer Pitch in Emporia. The week will conclude with a game against Washburn at 1 p.m. on Sunday at Yager Stadium in Topeka. RSU looks for its first-ever win against both teams this weekend.
