EL DORADO, Ark. - The Hillcat men's golf team finished the opening day of the 2026 Arkansas Collegiate in 12th place at the par-72 Mystic Creek GC on Monday.
RSU recorded a two-round total of 653 (+77), shooting 327 (+39) in the first round and 326 (+38) in the second. Harding leads the field with a total score of 600 (+24), followed by host Southern Arkansas at +41 and Central Missouri at +50.
Sophomore
Callum Brown and freshman
Kobsak Phisitbuntoon (IND) led the Hillcats, each tying for 27th in the individual standings with a total score of 160 (+16). Brown recorded a team-best score of 79 in the second round, while Phisitbuntoon shot 80 in both rounds.
Junior
Dylan Ros, who also shot 79 in the first round, is tied for 35th with a score of 162 (+18). Senior
Tyler Collier is tied for 57th at 166 (+22), and senior
Aiden Deng is tied for 58th with a score of 167 (+23). Sophomore
Miguel Mora rounds out the group in 75th place with a score of 175 (+31).
Rogers State will wrap up play in Arkansas tomorrow with the final round at 11:45 a.m.
