About: Moss is back on the Hill in 2016 for her senior season after starting all 45 games for RSU a season ago in the outfield or at third base. The Chico, Texas native ranked third on the team belting seven doubles as a junior in 2015, while posting a .268 batting average. She tallied a career-high three hits against Pittsburg State and finished her first season with the Hillcats totaling eight, multi-hit games. Moss came to RSU from Western Oklahoma State where she earned second-team all-region honors in 2013. She stole 22 bases with 31 RBI on 46 hits, helping the Pioneers to a regional runner-up finish. She spent her prep career at Chico High School under Head Coach Mike Qualls. In her senior season, Moss earned district MVP and Wise County MVP honors with a .567 batting average and a 1.194 slugging percentage adding 37 RBI. The daughter of Craig and Leanna Moss, she said she chose RSU because "I wanted to join an up and coming DII program and get a great education."
