About: Stidman returns to the Hill for her senior season following a 2015 campaign where she started 43 of the 45 games in which she appeared in the outfield. The Lincoln, California native ranked second on the team with six stolen bases and scored 10 runs for RSU a season ago. She joined the Hillcats from Sierra College, where she was a First-Team All-Big 8 Conference selection as a sophomore in 2014 under Head Coach Darci Brownell. Stidman also landed a spot on the 2014 All-NorCal Team helping the Wolverines to a state championship and a 45-5 record. She posted a .359 batting average in 46 games with a team-best 11 doubles. She hit .357 as a freshman in 2013 making 40 appearances for Sierra with 11 doubles, four triples, and 20 RBI. She played in 105 games during her four-year prep career at Lincoln High School hitting .324 during her tenure. The daughter of Dennis and Andrea Stidman, she said she chose RSU because "I loved the campus and received a scholarship for softball."
