About: Trevino is back on the Hill for her senior season as the top returning golfer from 2014-15 after being named to the All-Heartland Conference Second Team. The Pasadena, Texas native played all 23 rounds covering 11 tournaments, recording a team-leading 78.65 scoring average as a junior. She placed 10th at the conference championship and fired her low round of the year carding even-par 72 three times. She also led RSU during her sophomore campaign posting a scoring average of 81.05. In 2013-14, she competed in all 10 of the Hillcats' tournaments, playing 20 rounds, while netting a season-low 76 at the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic. Trevino turned in three top-10 finishes, including a career-best third at the UAM Fall Classic helping RSU to its only team title of the season. During her freshman season, she played in all 10 events firing an average score of 81.25. She shot a season-low 77 in the second round of the OBU Spring Invitational. Trevino came to the Hill from Pasadena High School where she was a four-year member of the varsity golf team. As a senior, she tallied a low score of 74 on her way to a district championship. She also won the district championship while shooting lows of 70 and 76 during her junior campaign. The daughter of Tina Martinez, she said she chose RSU because "I liked the school and the golf team."
